Good place to work, have to be responsible and on-time. Job requirements keep evolving with newer technologies. Sometimes a struggle to keep up to date with the new equipment.
Cons
Maintenance people would appreciate more days off. Our schedule was 12 days on then 2 off, year-in, year-out.
