Pros
I really loved it here! I met so many amazing leaders, co-workers, and clients. I enjoyed the job itself and got a ton of experience! I found the culture to be very growth oriented and I strongly aligned with their values! Management was very down to earth and easy to work with. If the company was more stable, I probably would have stayed a lifetime. Even though homie went through some very hard times which caused a lot of uncertainty, I genuinely enjoyed my time spent here and the work that I did. I will always be a homie fan and hope to see them thrive. I would recommend homie to any agent looking to gain experience!
Cons
There was a lot of downsizing in my last year with homie and the company was heavily impacted by the higher interest rates. When my direct leaders were cut, I became uneasy of the company's future and that's when I started considering that I may need to move on. It was a very hard decision to leave but personally I needed more stability to start a family. Homie really does have great values and a great mission that I still believe in
