Pros
I've spent my career across companies of varying sizes, maturities, subject matters and cultures. Without a doubt - and only one month in (and remote!) - I can say that Homie is both the tightest-knit and most positive culture I've been a part of. It starts at the top with intelligent, compassionate and inspired leadership, which cascades down to every level. There is a premium put on our values, mental health, having each other's backs, and doing the right thing every time (even if it's the hard thing). Every function is valued, and we are all rowing in the same direction. The mission is important, and we are all incredibly driven to make a meaningful difference in people's lives. Oh, and we get to call each other "homie" all day without seeming weird. I truly love being one of the homies.
