      Pros

      It's a good place to get your foot in the door. I met a lot of people.

      Cons

      A lot of busy work and not a lot of sales to show for it. Also the space is so cramped it is not a safe or healthy environment.

      Pros

      - nice family, Jewish holidays off - learned a lot, small company so wore a lot of different hats - hands on experience - very organized when it comes to what is expected per season

      Cons

      - very little pay for intense turn overs - little - no room for growth - cannot wfh at all even though the CD is fully remote - the small company aspect can feel lonely day to day since you'll just be sitting at your desk until 6 everyday
