Incompetent leadership and unrealistic promises. Management over promise & under deliver due to their terrible decision-making. Their products are great & innovative (AVM, HIS etc), but they struggle with staff retention due to a lack of respect, career prospects and poor compensation. Anyone with an ounce of self-respect for themselves & their careers should avoid this company and look elsewhere; all you’ll be compensated with here is disappointment.

Full-stack opportunity is brilliant for learning/development. Lean team and high-value products, along with flat company hierarchy means all your work is high value, and so rewarding.
