Busy company always something to do every day even when is raining, no sitting around around here, new and clean trucks, take away trucks, health and dental insurance, overtime, commission. As a service company it is expected long hours. Always took care of me. (over 5 years)

Working 12+ hours a day with a 30 minute break. If you take 31 minutes, you stand a good chance of being written up. The owner has absolutely no idea how terrible the management treats their employees. There is no respect for any of the people who basically dedicate their lives for this company. The language in which the management speaks to you is extremely unprofessional. The work load that is given to you each morning is often way more than one person can handle. There is no room to grow in this company. Whenever you are due for your annual raise, you must constantly remind them otherwise you do not receive it. After working there for several years, I do not remember once getting a thank you for all of the hard work provided. You are not compensated appropriately for the amount of time and effort it takes to do the work. The proper training is not provided before they throw you onto the field. Even after years of employment you still only receive 5 days vacation time. The cost of benefits through the company is completely insane.
