Pros

Good job satisfaction in helping customers.

Cons

Poor pay. No chance of progression. Not paid to travel between jobs. Long distances to jobs and poorly organised putting pressure on technicians. Profits over people.

Pros

Having been with the company for 14 years and starting out as a repair technician I can honestly say hard work pays off!! Hometech has given me the platform to develop my skills throughout the years and I look forward to continued growth and opportunities that lay a head in the future!
