Pros
Back in the day, pre-buy out, these guys had a great HR department. They had this "mental health day" policy where you could show up at work and not be 100% into and just tell HR and they'd let you have the day off. I can't remember the number of these days you got in a year, but it was one of the better policies around.
Cons
They thought the level of the sites that are produced by their customers were top notch, when they weren't. There was also a lot the "drinking the kool-aid" sort of thing from the younger employees so that felt pretty creepy in the Monday "all hands" meetings. Not sure how the buy-out changed culture here.
