      Pros

      I love that Homesnap is a consumer-facing brand/app used by millions of people. The team that builds Homesnap (the app and website) is fantastic! Fun, close-knit, caring, and kind. Slack is the best and a VERY IMPORTANT component of the company culture. Plus, very flexible remote-work policies.

      Cons

      If we were mandated to return to the office, I would resign. I hope we never return to the office full-time!
