Pros: - A 3 month training process of realistic/live training to ensure you have all the tools you need succeed, where every manager and mentor is ready to answer any question you have and help you every step of the way - A TRUE open door policy. No mentor or manager is too busy to help you out - Rewarding commission structure - Weekly spiffs, rewards and bonuses just for doing your job

Cons

I've always knew Sales was a great career choice due to most having an uncapped potential of commission. So, the only "con" I have is that I didn't start with Homes.com sooner.
