All I can say is “Grateful”, Homes.com is a company that takes care of their employees and has endless opportunities for someone who has a passion to pursue their career in sales.
As an account executive, my goal was to be the best salesperson on the floor, there was so much support beginning from training to having managers help me that the only thing stopping me from being successful was me!
Now that I am part of the management team our goal and dedication is to see each individual succeed and to help further their successes in their sales career, there is a unique style of coaching to every individual developing sales techniques and providing support in all phases of the sales cycle from open to close.
There is an absolute winning culture in this organization and I wouldn’t want to work anywhere else!
