      There are no pros to working here. You are wasting your time

      Cons

      Micromanagement by very unintelligent management. My manager now has never graduated college. They will hire you if you have fingers and a voice. If you work in Norfolk, your sales will be stolen and you will be looked down on. The company copies whatever our competitors are doing. No innovation. No advancement. No future.

      sharp selling skills, great young coworkers, used to be a fun place to work

      Cons

      stressful, poor pay, extremely low ROI, you're probably not going to make a commission check after being around for 1 year+
