-lack of transparency around the Company.... they will tell you one thing, but you will experience something completely different -no training structure, you basically have to figure out a way to learn the role/process/product/specifics on your own -$ successes were communicated to clients throughout COVID19, however employees remained on 50% wage reduction (of whom many were still working close to full time hours in order to try and achieve expected KPIs) -Sydney team morale is very low and lots of inter-team competition -lack of management experience from Sydney leadership resulting in high-turnover of BDMs -Sydney management also works on deals and oftentimes is in direct competition with the BDMs -management will make negative comments about employees to their colleagues
