      Working as a designer on a growth capital financing start-up is amazing because I am learning so much about starting a business and my impact can be felt immediately.

      The internship pay is not great, but it is understandable since it is a small start-up company

      Pros

      Front of house and back of house cultivate a strong supportive bond.

      Cons

      I was there for 18 months and we filtered through 5 general managers. Servers provide consistent service. Kitchen provides consistent service. Instability comes from the management level.
