Pros

Low/Mid-level employees without a leadership title move this company forward despite CONSTANT and unnecessary meddling from above

Cons

Leadership is not trustworthy. They either outright lie or withhold information knowing the information is not positive. Deadlines are never met. They absolutely DO NOT follow their stated core values.

Pros

I spent 7 years at Homebound and would have happily continued my career there if circumstances hadn’t shifted. It’s rare to find a company that combines strong operational ambition with a genuine belief in its mission. Leadership, especially at the executive level, sets a high bar for accountability and vision. Our CEO consistently pushed the company to think bigger while still remaining deeply invested in the people building it day to day. I always felt trusted to own my work and empowered to contribute beyond my job description.

Cons

Like many high-growth companies, priorities can shift quickly and the pace can be demanding.

Pros

Homebound has absolutely no redeeming qualities.

Cons

- Homebound has no positive qualities whatsoever. - Every part of this terrible company is deeply toxic. - Leadership is made up of people who act more like intimidators than leaders. - The work environment and atmosphere are poisoned by this destructive leadership. - The constant negativity wears employees down, causing overwhelming stress and exhaustion.
