Pros
Annual wellness exams are provided by the clinician for the calendar year, January to December. You see patients in home settings or clinics settings. The company pays by the patient. The first 6 mos of the year you are busy and the money is good. By June-July the patient volume drops and by the holidays the patient volume is sparse. Patients cancel/no show and there is no compensation for this. You struggle to make financial ends meet until the new year starts all over again. Be sure to have money set aside for the slow months. They hire a lot of people in the beginning of the year to assist with the patient demand, only to let them go in the middle of the year when things slow down.
Cons
Poor communication by upper management. Lack of transparency on multiple levels. Emails go unanswered many times, not an exaggeration.
