      Pros

      Company paid health insurance and 6% 401k match. Yearly raises are nice (if you can get past the fact they aren't even covering inflation)

      Cons

      Basically everything else. If you love being micro managed and blamed for everything even if it's not your fault this is the place for you. This place is toxic and everyone is miserable. No room for upward movement
