Excellent colleagues who are inspiring and inspired Excellent CEO (Agnes) but terrible managers and middle managers. The loud get that promotion.
Cons
Read the other reviews and you will realize which are orchestrated internally, and which are real. Terrible work ethics by managers. Words you will hear often are ...removed due to guidelines... When a task comes, you have absolutely not enough time to react. When your portfolio becomes successful it was their idea, not yours. If you have talent in other skills, you will be exploited. Management does not seem to take safety seriously until something happens and it becomes your fault. Manager's work becomes your responsibility and work that is NOT in your scope of work becomes your responsibility. It's never management's fault, it's never management's fault, it's never management's fault... keep reminding yourself that... it's never management's fault... Management does not understand "research before you do", does not understand "let the experts do their work" and does not understand how other departments are supposed to work. If there are 40 staff who are on facebook, they expect a minimum of 40 likes on posts to hit KPI and essentially polluting valuable data that we executives need to create strategies that works. No work/Life Balance because HR will not defend you anyway.
