This company will lead you to believe they are very family oriented, but they are not. They are very unwilling to budge or work with you on schedules. There are many issues with requesting time off. Mandatory meetings after hours. Basically just plan on making them the center of your life, not yourself, not your family - your job, that's the most important thing now.
