The environment at the restaurant is fantastic, the food is great, and everyone who works there is amazing to work with and interact with on both a personal and work level.

Some of the employee benefits have lessened over the past two years especially with the increase in price for all food.

Absolutely horrible employer - huge Big Brother vibes from management that creates a general atmosphere of fear and intimidation amongst employees. I've always been considered a hard working, responsible employee by my managers and was completely turned off by the constant surveillance, nit-picking, and belittling from my supervisors. Management is always expecting more from employees while continuing to offer less and less (cutting hours, reducing amount of employees on the floor, etc). It's a huge bummer because I used to love this place as a customer. Alas, the chill vibes are but a thin veil for this money frenzied corporation run by control freaks.
