      Pros

      Good overtime pay. Over 8 hours goes up to 40 an hour then hours 10-12 goes to 50 an hour

      Cons

      Not the best at communication. You don't know your work until 5pm the day before so can't plan far ahead

      Pros

      Training is great, the team is easy to get along with. Pay is more than the award(has to be to get people to lug furniture am I right?)

      Covid made a mess of job security an hrs.
