Pros

The clients! They are awesome. And some of the support staff are wonderful and really care about the clients. The schedule (three 24 hour shifts a week) is nice and gives a lot of free time.

Cons

Management is a joke! The administration are snotty and don't give a crap about the clients or their employees. They care about themselves and it shows. They throw people under the bus when it suits them. Low pay, crappy benefits If you want to move on to a job with a liveable wage, they will hate you for daring to move on with your life and do whatever they can to make it more difficult for you.

Pros

A lot of the staff was very friendly, fun, patient, and open. The clients I met & worked with were also amazing. I was able to develop patience to an extent that I was unaware I could, I was supported through training for the house I was placed in. I enjoyed my job on a day to day basis most of the time.

Cons

Some of the staff were mean & unsupportive in the work environment, but because they were friendly with management, they could get away with almost anything- including sleeping through their (NON-SLEEPING) shifts. I wasn't notified in time to enroll for my benefits & as such never got them despite working full-time there for over a year.
