Pros

Pays lower than minimum wage. Promises infinite clients and huge commissions, but they rarely provide viable clients, and follow through is usually near 0. Most appointments they make cancel. They cover lunches with clients.

Cons

They will schedule you day-of with no warning. They will not tell you when you are and are not working until earliest the night before. They're a mess. IT'S JUST OFFSHORE TEAMS!!! THERE'S NO ONE ON LOCATION! I've been harassed a lot, because they tend to just email buildings telling them they have an appointment - without actually making one. It's a complete and utter disaster, working there was the worst experience of my life. I was always talking to people who were mad at me, doing things I wasn't equipped to do. They ask you to cover everything out of pocket before reimbursement, so finances were a total nightmare. Also the finance team doesn't know what they're doing, so they never respond to you. I tried to contact management several times over a few months and never heard a word. Since there's no one on site, you're just left on your own if they decide to stop talking to you.
