      Pros

      Good pay. Friendly environment. Co-workers down to earth. Best part patient interaction and being able to help others. Flexible hours.

      Cons

      Many long hours to meet demands of the job. Paperwork constantly changing and poor communication. Health insurance expensive over a $1000/month for family. More focused on accounting than quality. Frequent call. OASIS constantly changing.
