      Newer company lacking structure, Archaic software, Micro Managing Supervisor that refuses to delegate yet places blame when items are not complete. Sexist, Low Values Hard to complete tasks due to non responsive management.

      The commissions are great, the potential to make money is at your fingertips.

      Cons

      The training is horrible, asking for help is like pulling teeth! And the stress/tension level in the office is insane! Not a work place for those that are weak minded.
