      The salary is significantly below the market rate, a service agreement with limited liability on the employer's part, the salary pay by USD in general (risks from exchange rate fluctuations remain on the employee's side).

      Pros

      Great place to work! Sales people are actually hitting their targets and making commission - what a change from other SaaS software companies I've been at. Working on some processes, but they make it easy for Sales people to just sell.
