Pros

- Some coworkers are actually kind and genuine people.

Cons

Where to even begin… This company has done nothing but belittle and gaslight me and all of my coworkers from day 1. They care more about making money than anything else and it is truly sad. Everyone works incredibly hard UNTIL they are literally so burnt out, they are just trying to stay afloat. I have seen so many people openly crying out of frustration and anger, that you just can’t do anything but feel bad because you know exactly how they are feeling. They promise you bonuses, but that bonus structure changes every other month, so you have no idea how to budget your own finances. I can tell you that the main reason half of the employees, if not almost all, are only still working there because the company does pay a decent wage, but it is NOT worth the mental strain!! Like many of these other reviews have said, the company has no organization, people are in positions with no experience, and those in “higher-up” roles refuse to actually listen to employee concerns. You have people in different departments dating each other, making the people around them feel uncomfortable, inappropriate conversations taking place between coworkers about subjects that should not be brought up in the workplace, and the amount of people who are fake and smile in your face while talking behind your back is almost comical. I have so much more to say because the way that this company has done not only its employee’s, but its owners, tenants and vendors dirty is CRAZY. Just Google the various lawsuits and complaints made to the BBB. Run and I means run far. Both myself and many of my previous coworkers have spoken up, but if you say anything against this company, the CEO will come on the monthly meeting and basically yell at everyone for how people are disloyal and don’t see the “vision.”

Pros

Great coworkers and employees are allowed to work from home.

Cons

Leadership is openly biased and corrupt, playing favorites without shame. Skilled and hardworking employees are dismissed, ignored, and left without recognition, while incompetent people who contribute nothing are rewarded and celebrated because of personal connections. Effort, dedication, and loyalty mean absolutely nothing compared to who you know.
