Pros

Customer care - quick job to get when you arrive in Berlin, you learn some stuff, trust from my direct manager, meeting people, good colleagues Company - some managers are good and try their best, nice environment, fruits

Cons

Customer care - really hard job Company - nobody will treat you well except if you have a nice manager, the whole management team doesn't care about you, too much problems (process, tech) which prevents you from doing your job properly while more is asked from you. No motivation, no evolution, no reward

Pros

Home24 is a place where flexibility is genuinely respected. Europe remote options are real, not just on paper. The people put the human side first, which makes collaboration feel meaningful and the day-to-day enjoyable. There is real room to grow, take ownership, and do thoughtful, impactful design work with great tools to support it. The benefits package adds up too ( gym, transport, and bike covered.. etc) Overall a good place to grow as a designer, especially if autonomy, and ownership matter to you

Cons

On the flip side, salary is below market rate for Berlin

Good development of beginner and midlevel skills okay-ish money

Cons

No real seniors who behave like seniors No real technical leadership, A lot of Ego. Compensation is lacking when it comes to benefits and money. Competition offers more. Company was never profitable.
