      Pros

      - Good working culture with a focus on pragmatically getting things done and personal development. - Great colleagues who know what they're doing. - I feel like senior management listens to feedback and takes action based on it when possible.

      Cons

      Home24 is still in between a dynamic startup and a stable corporation, so processes are also in between. There is some structure, but with a lot of flexibility. If you and the people around you deal well with that, it can work very well.

      Pros

      Home24 is a place where flexibility is genuinely respected. Europe remote options are real, not just on paper. The people put the human side first, which makes collaboration feel meaningful and the day-to-day enjoyable. There is real room to grow, take ownership, and do thoughtful, impactful design work with great tools to support it. The benefits package adds up too ( gym, transport, and bike covered.. etc) Overall a good place to grow as a designer, especially if autonomy, and ownership matter to you

      Good development of beginner and midlevel skills okay-ish money

      Cons

      No real seniors who behave like seniors No real technical leadership, A lot of Ego. Compensation is lacking when it comes to benefits and money. Competition offers more. Company was never profitable.
