Pros
Good entry level sales training and experience selling in the home to customers.
Cons
1099 employee but they have mandatory sales meetings which is illegal. They put me through more than a week of unpaid training and then at the end switched up the pay plan from what I was told it would be in the interview. The leads they give reps are mostly unqualified and you spend half your day sitting in a parking lot waiting for an appointment or driving hours between appointments. I never once received my paycheck on time. They are always hiring and training new sales reps because so many quit. Most sell a couple of deals to break even on the time they invested, then get frustrated with the incompetent management and terrible leads.
