Looks very attractive, but NOT WORTH IT! RUN!! - Customer Service Agent Home Select Employee Review

I have been working at Home Select for a number of years and really enjoy my work. The company has recently begun a process of expansion and my responsibilites have increased as a result. This is an exciting time to be a part of the company, not just because there are new opportunities for workers, but because we are leading real estate company in Madrid and looking to expand our reputation beyond the Spanish capital.

There are of course downsides to working in an expanding company. I have a large workload to manage and there are now a number of clients to deal with. However, having read some of the comments on here I am a little saddened. Whilst it is true that the company has undergone changes, to me the company's future seems bright and I look forward to being part of this new project.

Really international. You learn a lot (about how to manage time, handle stress, how to communicate clearly in a fast moving markets and how small companies work). All in all, you learn a lot and are more prepared for a more seniour level job in the future. A great experience to put your hands into work. Plus the office is beautiful!

Trust issues (trust no one you work with, people are constantly pushing each other under the bus, only the strong ones survive in this company!) (the upper management don't trust their workers either and are constantly purgin the staff). On the plus side, after having worked here no other job seems stressful. This experience has really made me see the important things in life and balance things. No job is worth your health and sanity.
