Pros
-The office building and the showroom are modern/ atheistically appealing -Easy parking -Leniency ( this could be considered a con depending on your preferred working environment)
Cons
-Lack of employee supervision-there seemed to be no rules regarding employee conduction, dress-code, and overall treatment of others. -Executives appear to have little time to interact with or oversee day-to-day office dynamics -There is little possibility for advancement--if you are interested in a career and not a job this might not be the best fit for you.
