Pros

Working with good people you’ll meet along the way. Friday drinks/bi annual social events/ pet friendly office- pretty average for companies nowadays.

Cons

Work model Hybrid model means only 1 wfh day. Working every other Saturday for those in sales. No flexible working at all. Constant state of preaching of values (probably just to remind themselves more than anything). Pay is below market average and very unlikely to change even with inflation and cost of living on the rise. Given as a prop tech company, we are given tech that came out in the early 2010’s/4th 5th gen laptops to complete our work with. Managers Micromanaging. Favouritism. Unrealistic goals set up managers but can see that higher ups are breathing down their necks as the company struggles to secure funding. Sales Virtually unreachable commission structure for those who are working in sales. For one’s considering to work here; get the experience and go.

Thank you for your feedback and good to hear you've enjoyed working with the people at home made. With regards to the working model, you've noted about salary. We conduct benchmarking twice a year and ensure that salaries are in line with market expectations - the salaries set tend to sit at the median range for our roles. Start ups unfortunately aren't able to pay top range salaries and have to be cautious of internal costs, so we have to be mindful of finding the best options available when it comes to laptops. We're excited to where the business is going and lots for us to continue to work on. Your feedback has been noted to help with our growth.

Pros

You get to work with some decent people who are trying to make the best of a bad situation. Good office location.

Cons

Without a doubt the worst place I've ever worked. Passive-aggressive management consistently makes absurd demands and loses their rag when the impossible isn't delivered. Despite the high pressure environment, the commission structure seems to have been designed to be as demotivating and unachievable as possible so there's not even any real reward for hard work. Team churn as new team members quickly realise what they've got themselves into and leave, which creates a constant feeling of instability.
