Pros
You get to help take care of people. You meet interesting people. They are flexible with the hours you want and there is always a need to have you work more if you are available to work.
Cons
The turn out is very high in office as well as caregivers. Pay isn't enough if to live off of if you aren't available to work yourself to death. I have been working like 6 years and only had only 3 reviews and only 2 raises totaling 75 cents in the whole 6 years I have worked for them. I had made myself totally available to them for work until they had me working 7 days a week for a month with no days off. They don't look at what you have worked before calling you in to work on your day off. There is no room to grow in company. Often the office people give attitude if you have to call off or can't take an extra shift.
