      Chaotic scheduling. Cliquey office staff. Would like you to think you should be grateful to work for them. Mediocre training.

      Pros

      Best Home Health company. They really care about their employees. They go the extra mile not just for all clients, but all the employees also. I highly recommend them for employment as well as home Health care for your family members.

      Cons

      The pay is on the lower end if you are not a Tier 3 or 4 level expertise. However, it is not a problem. They will train Tier 1 & 2 employees to level up to Tier 3 and 4.
