Fast paced, highly professional, customer focused organization. Always expected to problem Solve and deliver. Went to another company to get away from stress and Home Health Companions is far more organized and professional.

Expected to deliver results whether your coworker helps or manager forgets to train you. Wish there was more presence from my manager to alleviate the daily questions and normal work stressors of the job. No work from home policy.

This is a very family oriented place to work. The company always work with your schedule and able to match you with a client that fits your profile. You are sure of your hours every week and there is room for internal growth within the company.

No cons come to mind when I think about the time I have worked here.
