      Family owned, veteran owned. Always reevaluating and growing to make sure that the agents are earning to their full potential

      Corporate staff often leaves corporate positions for sales positions, so it’s hard to keep track of who you need to reach for what.

      Pros

      Clyde is the most amazing person. He has a huge heart and truly wants what's best for his agents. Splits rise quickly if you put in the effort.

      Cons

      Mentoring program is a little chaotic, but there are always people to help mentors and mentees.

      Great support from everyone. Terrific attitudes from Broker, Managing Partner, and the Referral Dept. Wonderful Commission splits with no desk fees.
