What a miserable place to work - Retail Salesperson Home Consignment Center Employee Review

I am a senior woman.I was bullied by the manager ,and another employee there. They provided no training. They were racist,as a white employee there called the police on a customer who was a POC , and said he had been drinking ,and the police came and detained him for 45 minutes.The police themselves told me he had not been drinking when I asked them. I gave the poor guy a cup of water and tried to help him calm down while he waited for his wife to come pick him up as he was too upset to drive after the police left and I was harassed about doing this for the next several weeks by the manager and by the employee who had called the cops...
