Terrible Upper Management - Supervisor Home Centric Employee Review

It’s easy to maintain a work life balance. Goals and expectations are clearly laid out. They also have ways of training staff that can more easily allow for internal promotion.

Upper management can some times have unrealistic expectations. They utilize time tracking and report practices to try and ensure proficiency, but rarely look at what outside factors could be effecting things.

Not physically demanding. Get to use phone.

Not fair hours. nothing to do. can't pay employees (so they cut your hours). supervisors disappear for hours at a time. sad and lonely :(
