      You get to work on your terms.

      Cons

      The pay is rather low for for 1hour of work especially when some of the assignments require a lot more effort such as personal care and hygiene. No transport allowance given as well, which eats into the hourly pay you have just painstakingly travelled to and assisted the elderly.
