      Pros

      Excellent career development and opportunities to get middle leadership experience. The school is part of a federation which has some wonderful inhouse training. Lots of inspirational teaching and strong but supportive leadership. Loads of books and resources.Outstanding ICT provision with lots of iPads and excellent wifi network.

      Cons

      Challenging behaviour and difficult transition time to a new building.
