Independent Culture . BYOB. Engineers are particularly great leaders. They are the project managers and a Backbone. Good amount of accrued PTO available imediately upon hire.
Cons
No health insurance after many years employment. No HR or fundamental management system. Everyone is “a boss.” small production team is overworked. Technicians are forced to fulfill all basic department duties. Receiving, production, electrical, engineering, Quality Assurance, inventory control, Feild Techs, Preventative Maintenance, custodial, stocking, shipping etc. Production and Tech. Employees Very under paid and unappreciated with no benefits. Pay hardly increases. Not a lot of incentive. Will deny unemployment benefits 100%
