When they want from you, you won’t hear the last of them When you’re struggling for unemployment, after working hours and hours for them- they don’t even have the decency to reply. This includes when you’ve asked and sent them emails of referees they ask for at least once a month. All other agencies Ive worked for dont do this and have provided much more plentiful work at the same hospitals. Seems like they decide when it’s convenient for them to contact you. Also received random messages from them in the middle of shifts to stop working for the hospital im at as they can’t guarantee I will be paid, for me to have to go to medical staffing in a stress for it to turn out fine. Noticed they have a VERY high staff turnover, my agent has changed three times, the latest of which blanks me. Don’t expect anymore work from me. I’ll be seeking other agencies from now.

Lovely company culture with a supportive and approachable team. Management is friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. It genuinely feels like a team that cares about each other.
