- Sporadic funding leading to job insecurity - No push to meet deadlines (can't believe I'm saying this, but without even a little push to meet deadlines, most employees just didn't think they needed to pull any OT, no matter how behind they were. This led to missed deadlines, bleeding funds, risking reputation for future contracts, and ultimately a loss of the workforce)
