      Was a great place to work.

      Cons

      Over 10 years field service has seen cuts in pay and healthcare, but an increase in micromanagement and metrics. New hires are brought in at higher pay than experienced people in the field. So my advice is if you are still working for Hologic threaten to quit when someone new comes is hired. Then you will at least be at equal pay with the person you are training.

      Large portfolio, IDN contracts, Name recognition.

      Cons

      Stryker 2.0. Try to do more with less, with zero innovation for specific specialities. Micromanagement by quarterly numbers, with a commission structure it would take an accountant to understand.
