      Pros

      The people I worked with and products I worked on were great, I really enjoyed the passion and purpose.

      Cons

      In 2013 a number of lay-offs occurred, which were unexpected, and affected the division. The lay-offs were not based on performance, and a number of lower performing people remained at the company - political approach.

      Excellent employer full of motivated people. Some great managers who genuinely seem to care and are quite transparent

      Cons

      Some ambiguity as to where the company is headed as of the recent acquisition by private equity.
