      Pros

      Everyone is very nice and helpful. There was plenty to learn, and all of the work is for an excellent cause.

      Cons

      CEO's seem to change every 6-12 months. Acquisitions based purely on financial basis have lead to the Madison facility being closed. There are not that many cons at the Madison facility.

      Excellent employer full of motivated people. Some great managers who genuinely seem to care and are quite transparent

      Cons

      Some ambiguity as to where the company is headed as of the recent acquisition by private equity.
