Pros
Good products, NovaSure Sells itself, MyoSure works as advertised. Certain markets are flat or shrinking. They are still trying to get the business corrected from all the "product dumps" reps would do to make their number each Qtr.
Cons
Managers are "bullies"..motivate through fear and intimidation. The team concept is not there at all.
