Pros
The company is growing so fast in Europe, there is so much to learn, plus a wealth of interesting projects to complete to set Hologic up for future scalability and improve customer experience. For assertive individuals it is a very stimulating environment to work in. With so much activity, I have benefitted significantly from the coaching of senior leaders, and the wealth of opportunity to grow as an individual through exposure to new experiences. In 2019 the senior leadership at Hologic in Europe is the strongest it has been though out my tenure at the company, and the faith they inspire is strong motivation.
Cons
Not really a con, but a warning: the pace of change has been consistently fast for a number of years, driven by the aggressive growth. Applicants to join Hologic need to be prepared for this, be comfortable with change, and assertive and committed enough to contribute to the effort.
