Best in class product. Customers, their Patients are the reason to get up in the morning. Competitive pay, benefits, health care.
Cons
Company is GETTING top heavy. We are chasing the profit, bottom line instead of focusing on the individual employee and the individual customer. To many cliques. Those who put in the long hours taking care of the customers get burned out while the ones who socialize with managers get the recognition.
